Your Pathway to a U.S. Green Card

At ProfDanGlobal, we help talented professionals secure U.S. permanent residency, with deep expertise in the EB-2 NIW and EB-1A self-petition routes. Whether you want us to handle your petition end-to-end, review your draft, or find out if you qualify, it all begins with one consultation to map your route forward.

Start Here: Eligibility & Profile Evaluation

Eligibility & Profile Evaluation ($180)

Before anything else, it helps to know where you stand. In this evaluation, we assess your background across both the EB-2 NIW and EB-1A pathways and honestly tell you which route, if any, fits you best, so you can move forward with clarity rather than guesswork. Whether you already have a route in mind or are starting from scratch, this is the right first step. If you proceed to full service afterward, this fee is credited toward your total.

EB2 NIW & EB1A

Full Petition Service: We Handle It End to End

If you want your petition built from the ground up by an experienced team, this is our flagship service. From your first consultation to a complete, filing-ready petition package, we craft your story into a compelling case that meets USCIS standards.

We develop your proposed endeavor and overall strategy, draft your petition and cover letter, build out the required arguments, and organize your supporting evidence into a polished, professional package. Throughout, we guide you on what to gather and how to strengthen your profile, so nothing is left to chance.
Because every case is different, the full service is tailored to you. Investment ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, with your exact fee confirmed after your consultation, once we have evaluated your profile and the scope of work involved. Flexible installment options are available.
Every engagement begins with a consultation, so we can understand your background, confirm the right pathway, and map your petition strategy before any work begins.

Petition Review & Editorial Service- For Self-Petitioners

Live Review Session ($300)

A focused one-on-one session of about ninety minutes. Share your draft at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting so we can prepare, then we review it together in real time and give you immediate, practical feedback as we go. Ideal if you want quick expert input on a draft you feel good about.

Comprehensive Full Review ($1,500 to $2,000)

The complete treatment for a petition you want thoroughly strengthened before filing. It begins with an initial consultation, where we meet, review the documents you share with us, and assess the scope of work, then provide your tailored quotation. Should you proceed, your initial consultation fee of $300 is deducted from the final fee. From there, our team conducts an in-depth review, refining your language to meet USCIS expectations, making necessary adjustments, flagging gaps or misalignments, and adding strategic comments to advance your case. Your reviewed petition will be returned within 7 business days of receipt of your final documents and payment.

RFE & NOID Response

Initial RFE / NOID Consultation ($200)

Receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) can feel discouraging, but it is not the end of the road. You share your USCIS notice with us beforehand, along with the original petition or brief that prompted it, and in this session we dissect it together, explain exactly what USCIS is asking for, answer your questions, and suggest what to do or include. You leave clear, empowered, and ready to move forward, whether that means responding confidently on your own or having us handle the full response for you.

Comprehensive RFE / NOID Response ($1,500 to $2,000)

If, after your consultation, you would rather have our team handle it, we build a thorough, persuasive response on your behalf. We rework your original submission and address each USCIS concern directly. Where additional objective evidence is needed, we let you know and work together to gather it, and where it strengthens your case, we can draft recommendation letters for your recommenders to review and sign, giving you a working copy to move forward with. Your $200 consultation fee is deducted from the total, and your exact fee is confirmed based on the complexity of your RFE or NOID.

O-1A EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY VISA

Work in the U.S. on Your Talent, Then Build Toward Your Green Card

The O-1A is a work visa for people with extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics, the same caliber of achievement that supports an EB-1A green card. If you are not yet ready to pursue permanent residency, or you want to start working in the U.S. sooner, the O-1A is often the ideal first step, and a strong O-1A record can later strengthen your EB-1A or EB-2 NIW petition with us. We bring the same evidence-building expertise to your O-1A case that we bring to our green card work.

Who Can File, and How We Help

One important point we will always be honest about: the O-1A cannot be self-petitioned. It must be filed by a U.S. employer or agent. In practice, that means one of three situations, and we can prepare your case in any of them. A U.S. employer can petition for you to work for them. A U.S. agent can petition to work where you are, across multiple short engagements. Or, if you are a founder of a U.S. company you own, set up as a proper separate entity, you can petition on your behalf. Whichever route fits you, our work is the same craft as our petition service: we develop your strategy, build your extraordinary-ability evidence to USCIS standards, and prepare the full petition package.

For U.S. Employers Petitioning a Worker

If you are a company that wants to bring on an extraordinary-ability professional and you are not sure how to navigate the petition process, we guide you through it end-to-end. We assess whether your candidate meets the O-1A criteria, assemble the evidence, prepare the petition and supporting documentation, and help you file it correctly, so you can focus on the hire while we handle the process.

Getting Started

Every O-1A engagement begins with a $200 consultation, during which we assess your eligibility and confirm the appropriate petition route for you. Because every O-1A case differs in complexity, evidence, and petitioner structure, we do not post a fixed price for the full service. Following your consultation, once we have reviewed your situation, you will receive a clear, personalized quote within two business days. Your $200 consultation fee will be credited toward your total if you proceed, and flexible installment options are available.

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS & CONSULAR PROCESSING

The Final Step: From Approved Petition to Green Card in Hand

Winning your petition is a major milestone, but it is not the finish line. The final stage is where your approval becomes an actual green card, and the route you take depends on where you are living when your priority date becomes current. We guide you and your family through that final stage from start to finish, so nothing is lost to a missed form, a weak cover letter, or a small mistake that costs months.

Which Path Is Yours?

If you are already inside the United States in a valid status, you usually finish through Adjustment of Status by filing Form I-485 with USCIS, often alongside a work permit and travel permission. If you are outside the United States, you finish through Consular Processing, where your case moves to the National Visa Center and ends with an interview at a U.S. embassy or consulate in your country. Both lead to the same place, lawful permanent residence. We confirm the right path for your situation at your consultation, then handle the heavy lifting.

Initial Consultation & Case Assessment ($300)

Every engagement begins here. In this session we confirm whether Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing applies to you, review how many family members will be included, check for anything that could complicate your case, and map your timeline and documents. You leave knowing exactly what to expect and what it will cost. If you proceed to full service, this fee is credited toward your total, so it is never money lost.

Adjustment of Status (I-485): Full Service

Personalized quote provided following your consultation.  If you are completing your green card application from inside the United States, we prepare and assemble your entire package so it is filing-ready and meets USCIS standards.

  • We handle the complete Form I-485 preparation and filing, your concurrent work permit (Form I-765), and advance parole travel document (Form I-131) where you qualify, and a professional cover letter that frames your case clearly for the officer. We gather, organize, and label your supporting evidence into a clean package; prepare your spouse's and children's derivative applications together with yours; guide you through biometrics, the medical exam, and any interview; and track your receipts so you always know where things stand.
  • Because your fee depends on the number of family members included and the details of your case, we do not post a fixed price. Following your consultation and once we have reviewed your situation, you will receive a clear, personalized quote within two business days, with flexible installment options.

Consular Processing (NVC / DS-260): Full Service

Personalized quote provided following your consultation.

  • If you are completing your green card from outside the United States, we walk your case through the National Visa Center and prepare you fully for your interview abroad. We handle your agent designation (Form DS-261) and National Visa Center fee guidance, and complete the immigrant visa application (Form DS-260) for you and each family member.
  • We guide your civil document collection and certification, direct any translations needed, and prepare your complete document set correctly, handling it the way your case requires, whether that means electronic submission or sending originals to the right physical address.
  • We write a professional cover letter and prepare you thoroughly for the interview, including scheduling coordination so you walk in ready. Where your category does require an Affidavit of Support, such as family-sponsored cases, we prepare it with your sponsor as well.
  • As with Adjustment of Status, your quote follows your consultation, once we have reviewed your case, and arrives within two business days, with installment options available.

Forms & Document Review for Self-Filers ($300)

Prepared your own forms and want an expert eye before you file?

  • In a focused live review session, we go through your completed I-485, I-765, and I-131, or your DS-260 package, against a full document checklist, strengthen your cover letter, walk you through the filing steps, and flag the costly mistakes that lead to Requests for Evidence or denials.
  • Because we review your own documents with you, this is a scheduled session rather than a download, ideal if you are confident doing the work yourself but want the reassurance of a professional check before anything reaches the government.

PETITION SUBMISSION SERVICE

For Self-Petitioners Abroad With a Finished Package

You did the hard work and your petition is complete, but you are outside the United States and you need someone here you can trust to get it into USCIS's hands correctly.

  • Mailing it yourself from abroad is risky and slow, paying the USCIS fee from another country is often impossible because the agency does not accept foreign cards, and not everyone has a friend in the US they can hand a file full of personal details to.
  • That is exactly where we step in. We are your reliable US-based partner for the final mile: we print, package, pay, and ship your already-prepared petition to USCIS, professionally and on time.

What This Service Includes

We receive your final, print-ready package as a single combined electronic file, print it to USCIS standards, and assemble it neatly for filing. Paying the USCIS filing fee from abroad is often impossible because USCIS does not accept foreign cards, so we solve this for you: you send us the current USCIS fee together with your service payment, and we pay USCIS directly on your behalf using a US-based method, passing the fee through at cost with no markup and sending you the official USCIS receipt as proof. We make paying us straightforward from anywhere, with options that include international card payment and local bank transfer, which we arrange with you when you enquire. For payments made in local currency, the amount is set at the exchange rate on the day of payment. Finally, we ship your package to USCIS using a tracked courier of your choice and send you proof of delivery, along with any receipt notice USCIS issues.

What This Service Does Not Include

This is a submission service, not a writing or editorial one. We submit your package exactly as you provide it, so it must be final, complete, and print-ready before you send it. We do not write, edit, review, correct, or advise on the content of your petition, and we are not responsible for the materials inside it. If you would like your petition strengthened or reviewed before filing, our Petition Review and Editorial Service is the right place to start instead.

Simple, Transparent Cost

Our service fee for this is a flat $200, which covers handling your printing, packaging, USCIS fee payment, and submission. On top of that, you pay only pass-through costs at their actual price, with no markup: the USCIS filing fee, which we pay on your behalf and confirm at the current USCIS rate when you enquire, the printing, which depends on your page count, and tracked courier shipping, which depends on the delivery option you choose. Once you tell us your page count and preferred delivery option, we confirm your exact all-in total before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
